At Bio Ionic, we stand behind our heat styling tools and hair care products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all tools are in their original packaging and hair care products are at least half-full to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your return request is approved, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your Bio Ionic tools or products in the original box, include any promotional gifts received, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
